What are credits and how are they deducted?
VidGen uses a credit system. Each generation deducts credits based on the tool, AI model, video duration, resolution, output count, and other settings. Different models cost different amounts, and you can review the estimated usage before submitting a job.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. Sign up to get 15 credits instantly with no credit card required, plus 4 more credits each day you check in. You can use free credits to explore common creation features and see how the workspace fits your needs.
Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
No. Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only. Unused credits do not automatically carry over to the next cycle, so we recommend using them within the current period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? How?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime from your account subscription settings or by contacting [email protected] from your registered email. After cancellation, paid access usually continues until the end of the current billing period.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Monthly plans issue credits each month. Yearly plans deliver the full annual credit allowance upfront (for example, Lite yearly includes 3,600 credits) and save up to 31% compared with monthly billing. Plans cover the core creation workflows, with differences mainly in credit volume, billing cycle, and support level.
What if the included credits are not enough for my workflow?
If your workflow needs more credits than the listed plans include, contact our team through the link at the bottom of this page. We can discuss a custom plan with a credit allowance that better fits your usage.
Can I use AI-generated content commercially?
Subscribers can usually use eligible AI-generated content for personal or commercial projects when it complies with the Terms of Service, plan benefits, and model provider rules. Before commercial use, please confirm that your uploaded materials and use case do not involve third-party rights restrictions.
